Fantastic Family Stay with Great Amenities

We had a delightful stay, and the spacious Queen Suite was perfect for our family. The breakfast staff were exceptionally friendly, and we loved the yogurt choices. The pool was inviting, although a bit small. Tip, try to get there early for the best breakfast selections!

The hotel has a good location for grabbing food nearby. Staff at the front desk were polite and helpful. However, the check-in process was frustrating. The clerk couldn't find my reservation, which caused a delay. The room smelled musty and the carpet had visible stains. I found a comforter with what looked like dried blood on it. The breakfast had a decent variety, with good scrambled eggs and sausage but also had issues—no milk for cereal and the same pastries set out for multiple days. Overall, the cleanliness and service could use significant improvements, especially in the rooms.

We had a great time staying at the Comfort Suites in Mobile with our two young kids. The room was spacious and perfect for our family. The location near Hank Aaron Stadium was ideal for our adventures around the city.

In my wife’s opinion, the play area could use more toys for younger kids.
